For our very first The Travelling Tribe Podcast episode, we had the pleasure of chatting to respected Australian journalist, travel writer and photographer, Edwina Hart.

The supremely talented Edwina – or Eddie - contributes to titles such as Vogue Australia, International Traveller magazine, Delicious, ESCAPE and Lonely Planet.

She also shares her immersive adventures on her travel blog, The Portmanteau Press, and often collaborates with some of the world’s leading luxury hotel brands as well as tourism boards and airlines.

Mostly recently, Edwina was 18 days into a solo journey of a lifetime to Antarctica on board Hurtigruten’s new hybrid ship when they were turned away from port and stranded off the Chilean Coast in the wake of the coronavirus outbreak.

We caught up with Edwina to chat about her experience in Antarctica, how COVID-19 has impacted her burgeoning career, destinations on her post COVID-19 bucket list and her experience living in a legendary Parisian bookstore.
